Can I insure a caravan for daily value?
If you cause damage to another person with your caravan, it is covered by your third-party car insurance policy (at the time you tow the caravan with the car). However, damage to your own caravan is not covered by your car insurance. You also need caravan insurance for damage caused by fire, storm or hail, for example.

What is the daily value?

How is the daily value of my caravan determined?
The most important factors in determining the daily value are the catalog value and the age of the caravan.
