If the horse trailer is coupled to the car, the trailer falls under the WA car insurance. With a WA insurance, damage you cause with the horse trailer to others is compensated. Damage to your own horse trailer does not fall under the coverage of a car insurance and is therefore not compensated. In this case, it makes no difference whether you have third-party, limited-casco or all-risk insurance. Only damage to (vehicles of) others will be compensated.
